PJR Online is a SaaS designed specifically for the Portable Restroom Rental industry. It is a workflow- managed business operation system that guides you through a ticketing process after you have set up a job. This process helps to eliminate late tickets, task incompletion, equipment utilization problems, and over billing.
PJR Online is a comprehensive "ALL-in-One" plan that does not require an onboarding fee, nor does it charge for separate modules. The plan has a base price user license, and then you add-on additional Admin users and Mobile App users.
The setup is where you upload your lists. These lists include your customers, field laborers/drivers, employees, equipment, line items, pricing lists, and sale items. Depending on how aggressive you are in starting, the process is geared at set up completion between 30 - 60 days.
No, you will receive up to 20 hours of standard web support each year. This includes phone, email, and remote support. However, if you need specialized support, and it requires onsite support, we do have a charge.
No, at this time, PJR Online is not a billing system, but we are in the process of adding a payments system that will integrate with our robust invoicing system.
Once you decide to start with us, within 24 hrs, we will setup your account. We will install a few standard lists for you and will set up a few samples as well.
Your sales manager will contact you with your initial login credentials and instruct you how to add additional users.
You can choose to be billed using your credit card, ACH, or send in a check. If you choose to pay by check, please take into account the time to mail when paying by the end of the month.
Send a support request to [email protected]. Let us know how many users and what type of license you need to add and we will get your account updated as soon as possible. You will be notified when that is complete so you can set up new users in PJR Online.
You will only receive a billing invoice and not an itemized service invoice unless you request it.
No, we just have one basic plan. You can add-on additional user licenses; either Admin or Mobile App users.
Yes, but we do everything we can to make sure PJR Online does not already have the solution to your needs before addressing customization costs. Our customization and data conversion rate is $190 / hour.
If in the event you require Onsite Training, we will put together a travel expense and training quote at the rate if $150 / hour and send it to you for approval. Once it is approved, you must pay this fee before we fully book travel for your training.
If you exceed the 20 hours annual support and training allotment, we will conduct the extra training and support at the $150 / hour rate.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. We will work with existing customers and provide a pricing structure we all can work with.
Yes, however, this is not the best solution, because regular updates will take longer, it will require onsite support and training, and not recommended for budget-conscious PROs.
