The Service/Job Check Ticket is used to schedule tickets of varying types.
You can choose to select a “Service” type ticket that could be for Cleaning, Pumping, Adding Supplies, etc. Or, it can be a “Check” service ticket that is designed to go out and check that your equipment is setup correctly, that the equipment is in good condition or does not need servicing.
Click on the “Service” button in the main menu. Then, click on the “Tickets” button to display all tickets in the system. They will have several status’; Active, Inactive, Review, Final Edit, and Invoiced. They are highlighted with a specific “icon” for easy and quick review.
Click on the (+) to create a new ticket. Then, select the Service/Job Check Ticket.
Once selected, click “Continue”, and then fill out all of the details to build that ticket.
Click “Save” and then add your service items and labor. Or, you can setup the ticket and use our “Drag & Drop” scheduler to scheduler labor to the ticket. Then, click “Save & Close“.
